· Provisioning and Decommissioning H/W both in physical and virtualized environment. · System Health monitoring and troubleshooting. · Work closely with Cloud Infrastructure and Architect. · Apply security hardening to align with VA document from Security Team. · Tier 2 support from PC support team. · Maintain System resiliency and SLA given by Department head. · Conduct System failover both planned and unplanned downtime. · Ensure system RTO and RPO to meet business requirement. · In charge of following projects Windows2012 Migration, Azure Cloud Computing.

· Deep technical knowledge in Hypervisor , Storage , SAN Switch , Horizon , AD. · At least 3-year experience in Virtualization environments, Infrastructure and Windows Servers environment. · Strong knowledge in TCP/IP and OSI 7 Layers. · Familiar with ITIL framework. · Good troubleshooting, analytical skills. · Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints. · Microsoft or VMware Certificate will be an advantage (VACP,VCP, MCSA or MCSE). · Good written and verbal communication skills. · Proactive and Service mind.
