Marketing Executive (ฺBTS อุดมสุข)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Coordinate with creative and activation agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Assist Brand Managers in new pack development projects from development until launch such as festive giftsets, giftpacks and value packs.
• Coordinate with supply chain and packaging suppliers to ensure smooth product launch.
• Support digital marketing initiatives including content planning, influencer engagement, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the digital team to optimize brand presence across platforms.
• Manage brand POSM material production, delivery and allocation per the brand plan.

• Support Branding Strategy, Product Branding, Corporate Branding, Personal Branding
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, trade activations, and reporting through coordination with internal teams and external partners

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing , preferable FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong communication, coordination, teamwork and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Good communication in Thai and English
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Passion for brands, creativity, and consumer-centric thinking.
• Fast-paced and active working styles
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
