หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead procurement activities for backend semiconductor equipment, spare parts, and consumables, ensuring alignment with production and maintenance requirements.
• Manage the full RFQ lifecycle, including supplier sourcing, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to forecast demand and support equipment lifecycle planning.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives, optimize inventory levels, and ensure continuity of supply without compromising quality.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure supply chain resilience.
• Analyze procurement data, cost structures, and market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions and long-term planning.
• Prepare and deliver procurement strategies, project updates, and performance reports to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives focused on supply chain innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environment, preferably in backend operations.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analysis tools.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai—verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
