Gather and analyze business and user requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed system specifications.
Prepare key documentation including: Business Proposal / Project Proposal Business Requirement Document (BRD) Software Requirement Specification (SRS) Functional Specification Document System Design Documents Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Flowcharts
Design system workflows and architecture in collaboration with developers and technical leads.
Ensure clear and complete documentation to support development, testing, and future maintenance.
Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
Create and manage test scenarios, test cases, and UAT scripts; support users during UAT.
Analyze system issues and assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and prepare user manuals or operational guides.
Participate in system implementation, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.
Coordinate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Analysis or Business Analysis.
Strong knowledge of system design and documentation standards (e.g., SRS, ERD, UML diagrams).
Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience in enterprise-level applications is a plus.
Good command of English (both written and spoken), minimum TOEIC score 600.
