หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• A. SharePoint UX/UI Design •Redesign and optimize intranet page templates, layouts, and navigation •Ensure consistency using reusable components and design guidelines •Improve site architecture and user flow across hubs and subsites
• B. UX Research •Conduct user interviews, feedback sessions, and lightweight usability testing •Map user journeys and identify pain points •Recommend improvements based on insights and behavior patterns
• C. Communication Experience Design •Translate communication needs into high‑quality visual experiences •Define content hierarchy, readability patterns, and page architecture •Create graphics, layout compositions, and visual storytelling elements
• D. Innovation & Trend Advisory •Propose modern UI patterns, interaction models, and intranet best practices •Introduce new design methods and approaches when relevant •Advise on scalable UX solutions for long‑term evolution
• E. Execution of Digital Content Roadmap •Implement intranet updates and new content experiences •Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across E2A, IT, and Communications
• F. Design System Integration •Adhere to our organizations UI/UX guidelines and policies. •Build or refine reusable components and templates for intranet use

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Genially, etc.
• Demonstrated experience designing for SharePoint or similar enterprise intranet platforms
• Proven ability to work with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns
• Experience with UX research methods (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing)
• Strong skills in layout design, typography, and content structuring
• Excellent documentation capabilities (wireframes, prototypes, site maps, design specs)
• Ability to collaborate with business, IT, and communications stakeholders
• *** B2‑level English proficiency for communication and presentation. ***
