Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to implement and support IT solutions.
Lead or mentor junior IT support staff and provide technical guidance when needed.
Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.

Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and services.
Ability to lead or mentor junior IT support staff and manage escalations effectively.
