หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and execute neuro and brain-related medical device product strategies by developing localized plans aligned with global objectives, ensuring differentiation with competitive advantages
• Forecast long-term market trends and identify new opportunities within the neuroscience and neurorehabilitation segments; develop business strategies and promotional activities to drive growth
• Execute marketing and educational activities for neurosurgical, neuro-monitoring, and diagnostic devices, including EEG, EMG, nerve stimulators, and related technologies
• Set clear performance metrics, track results, and ensure marketing plans effectively engage target customers and distributors
• Anticipate challenges with proactive contingency and scenario planning to ensure business continuity.
• Identify and establish potential business partnerships and build Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks in alignment with HQ goals.
• Coordinate and support distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth marketing and operational execution.
• Develop and present marketing programs with hospitals and partners, including booth events, workshops, and joint training programs both locally and internationally.
• Explore new technologies, products, and strategic partnerships within the neurology and neurotechnology fields for future business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with HQ to maintain consistency, brand alignment, and shared strategic objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new or existing business opportunities to expand market presence in Thailand and neighboring regions
• Manage distribution partners by monitoring sales performance, providing training, and ensuring effective coverage and territory planning
• Provide effective promotional tools and activities to enhance brand awareness and professional reputation in the neurological field
• Collaborate with Regional Product Managers to identify top partners and potential collaborations in neuroscience, neurosurgery, neurorehabilitation, and brain diagnostics
• Lead product launches and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant neuroscience specialties.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Neuroscience, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device marketing, product management, or sales, preferably in neurology, neurosurgery, or diagnostic equipment
• Strong understanding of hospital environments, medical device regulations, and healthcare market dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and manage product launches successfully.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• Strategic thinker with analytical capability to forecast trends and identify opportunities
• Hands-on experience in distributor management and KOL engagement
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to professional ethics
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training, workshops, and conferences.
