Ads Optimization (Senior/Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns tailored to brand goals and customer journey
• Manage ads across multiple platforms: Social Ads: Facebook (Meta), Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• E-Commerce Ads: Shopee My Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads
• Marketplace Ads: TikTok Shop Ads, Shopee Brand Suite, Affiliate Campaigns
• CPAS: Meta collaborative ads driving sales directly to e-commerce and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada)
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, GMV, CPA, CTR, and Order Volume
• Analyze performance data and provide data-backed, actionable recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and product teams to build high-converting creatives
• Run structured A/B testing and optimization loops across creative, targeting, and budget
• Develop clear dashboards and tracking systems for performance reporting

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Strong understanding of at least 2+ platforms across social, e-commerce, or marketplace media
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make fast decisions in high-volume environments
• Experience managing budgets efficiently with optimal return
• Skilled in developing dashboards and reports for internal and client presentations
• Confident in communicating performance results clearly and actionably
• Experience managing multiple ad accounts and sales-driven campaigns
• Stay updated with platform innovations, new ad formats, and digital marketing trends
