E-Commerce Key Account (Executive/Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow client brands across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Execute campaign plans and promotional activities with platform tools, vouchers, bundling, and visibility levers
• Oversee day-to-day operations including content readiness, stock coordination, and promotion execution
• Analyze key metrics like GMV, AOV, ROAS, and conversion rates to inform ongoing strategy
• Serve as a key contact for clients: solving challenges, driving performance, and aligning on business reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, supply chain, media, design) for seamless execution
• Guide junior team members and take strategic ownership of brand portfolios where applicable

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1–5+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Key Account Management, or Online Brand Operations
• Solid understanding of marketplace mechanics: campaign setup, CPAS/Shop Ads, Mega Sale calendars, product visibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with dashboards and performance reports
• Experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee tools (LBA, CPAS, Creator Marketplace, Ads Manager) is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
• Familiarity with product categories like health & beauty, fashion, or consumer goods is a plus
• Ability to lead or support accounts depending on experience and role fit
