หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Managethedailyoperation, sales, and staff assignments of each store.
• Survey each country’s market development and human-mass flow (customer flow).
• Managelogisticsdepartmentpersonnel and work assignments.
• Assist thepersonnel department with attendance, discipline, and recruitment.
• Cooperate with the financial department.
• Cooperatewithlegaland logistics team regarding shipping, customs clearance, receiving, and other affairs.
• Lead the whole organization in dealing with unexpected emergencies and leading the development and implementation of emergency plans.
• Hosting,organizingand foster corporate skills and teamwork.
• Host Company human development, rules, and regulations and prioritize the needs of discussing regarding to major corporate decisions with BoD.
• IntegritySevice,thedevelopmentof the enterprise in the correct direction.
• Assist and supervise the operation, design, publicity department, procurement, investment promotion, publicity, and other logistics departments to do corresponding work.

• Understanding Mandarin and Lao nationality Only
• Havingminimal 2 years of experiences in expanding company brand.
• Requiresat lastbachelor's degree.
• Abletoworkindependentlyor with team.
• Self-motivated.
• Having excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Havingcertainunderstanding regarding laws and regulations of their respective countries.
• Haveacreative personality, proactive, and have the ability to establish great communication.
