หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Proficiently operate a computer to complete e-commerce order entry, information verification, and logistics tracking number uploading, ensuring accurate order data matching.
• Sort, pack, and label goods according to e-commerce order standards, ensuring packaging meets logistics and transportation requirements, and preventing incorrect shipments, omissions, and damaged packaging.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the packaging area, assist in inventory management, and regularly verify e-commerce platform inventory data against actual goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Cooperate with the team to complete shipping tasks during major e-commerce promotions (such as 618 and Double 11), and promptly report order anomalies or material shortages.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age 18-45, junior high school education or above, must have basic computer operation experience (proficient in typing, using Excel to verify data, and operating e-commerce backends are preferred).
• 1 year or more of e-commerce packaging experience is preferred; familiarity with e-commerce packaging processes, packaging material selection, and logistics requirements is a plus.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to quickly identify discrepancies in order information, with a strong sense of responsibility, preventing order fulfillment disruptions due to operational errors.
• Strong hands-on skills, proficient in using tape dispensers, packing machines, etc., and able to adapt to occasional overtime work requirements in the e-commerce industry (adjusted according to order volume).
