Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement sales strategies for logistics services including air & sea freight, domestic transport, warehousing, and cross-border logistics.
• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve business targets and KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across various industries.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, logistics partners, and service providers.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regular pipeline updates for management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarder, customs clearance, and transport.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English.
• A strong professional network in the logistics industry is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in setting up sales teams, or new business will be given special consideration.
