1. Develop Thailand’s C&I rooftop PV market: Identify clients, analyze needs, and evaluate project opportunities
2. Manage end-to-end sales processes from negotiation, proposal design to contract signing and payment collection
3. Maintain relationships with government agencies, utilities, industry associations, and key accounts
4. Build and lead local sales teams, set market strategies, and achieve annual targets
5. Coordinate with technical/engineering teams to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 5+ years in solar sales with 3+ years focused on Thailand’s C&I distributed PV market.
3. Deep knowledge of Thailand’s energy policies, tariff schemes, and PV project development.
4. Proven track record in deal-closing and existing client networks.
5. Fluency in Thai & English (Chinese preferred for HQ communication).
6. Strong leadership, goal-oriented, and adaptable to frequent travel.
