Barista

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare gourmet coffee/ drinks provided in the menu quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
• Prep & source fresh ingredients, co-ordinate with vendors and maintain a clean, organized area
• Ensure the quality served at opening is standards with proper calibration
• Serve up drinks with care, speed, and consistency
• Upsell café items and support wellness retail
• Take care of service area/ front-of-house to be clean and tidy, at all times
• Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
• Control beverage & coffee stock levels, ordering and reporting any issues to the Bar Team Leader
• Able to work 6 days per week /Shift Work (Morning and Afternoon)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 2 years experience in barista / café / smoothie bar, working experience in gourmet coffee-making is a plus
• Strong interest in health, fitness, and wellness lifestyle
• Friendly, reliable, committed, team player with great communication
• Good human relation/ personality. To be represented well as a Company Brand Ambassador
• Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Good command in English
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
