Maintain accurate rAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes.ecords of all non-PO invoices.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
Maintain up-to-date vendor files and documentation.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team environment.
