• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for the back scene (pre-opening) and during events, shows, and campaigns (post-opening).
• Edit raw footage into highlight reels, teasers, and promo videos.
• Manage production equipment, lighting setups, and ensure proper storage/archiving of media.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver visually stunning content for social media, ads, and press.

• 3+ years’ experience in nightlife, events, or live entertainment production.
• Proficiency with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, video rigs) and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong portfolio of event/nightlife photography and videography.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written). Thai is an advantage for local crew coordination.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.
