หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Take care and installation communication system Everything includes all E-mail, CCTV, Network and Internet systems.
• Solve information problems including Hardware, Software, Operating System for the company's personnel. As assigned.
• Take care of Backup, Restore and check databases.
• Take care of and maintain computers and various peripherals.
• Prepare usage information, send for repairs, or other information. that are necessary for IT management.
• Working with supervisors to inspect and evaluate the performance of network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male, 23 - 32 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or other related fields.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support or IT Support, with an understanding of basic problem-solving in hardware, software, network, server, and basic programming.
• Candidates who are ready to start work immediately will be given special consideration.
• Able to communicate in Chinese or English.
• Have the ability to inspect and take responsibility for work duties.
