• 3+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
• 3+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions

• Develop strategic plans and set the overall direction of the clinic to achieve both revenue and service quality goals.
• Oversee, manage, and coordinate all departments, including Medical, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis of the clinic’s operations.
• Develop marketing strategies and build the clinic’s brand to enhance awareness, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
• Foster an efficient and positive working environment, while developing staff potential and ensuring team performance meets organizational goals.
• Collaborate with business partners, suppliers, and external organizations to create new business opportunities.
• Monitor and report business performance regularly to the executive board and/or clinic owners.
