Responsible

• Conduct solar site assessments, estimate energy production for projects in development phase, and support cross-functional teams on site suitability and development
• Identify profitable business opportunities with detailed action plans, develop deep understanding of market structure and competitors, and evaluate business models for strategic and financial fit
• Establish customer relationships through consultative selling, provide technical advice on solar system sizing and savings, recommend tailored solutions, and conduct prospecting for qualified leads
• Communicate opportunities clearly to facilitate alignment with partners and internal teams, ensuring quality presentations and transparent collaboration
• Negotiate with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial deals efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill technical requirements
• Monitor project progress and status, and participate in marketing activities including booths, training sessions, and seminars

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical engineer is advantage)
• 1 – 3 years-experienced about Business development (in solar PV sales / solar PPA, EPC is advantage)
• Good command in English
• Good in business development - sales skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good command of computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, etc.
• Ability to drive a car and have a driver’s license is required
