• Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee brand visual identity and messaging to ensure consistency.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance using data to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with the Social Media and Sales teams to ensure a unified approach.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, branding, and integrated marketing communication.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Data Analytics, and Marketing Automation tools.
• Ability to plan, manage, and control marketing budgets effectively.
• Strong analytical skills in market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis to drive marketing strategies.
• Proven track record in executing and measuring marketing campaigns (KPI/ROI).
• Strong project management and team management skills.
• Leadership ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, writing, and presentation) for business purposes.
• Creative mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and result-oriented mindset.
