HR Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent (Thai & international).
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
• Design and oversee performance evaluation systems and incentive programs.
• Maintain and promote a positive work culture focused on engagement and collaboration.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and workplace well-being.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies.
• Partner with management to provide HR insights and workforce planning strategies.
• Support management in organization development and change management initiatives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Energetic, people-oriented, and able to thrive in a creative, fast-moving environment.
• Experience in hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
