หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Constantly seek to identify unmet customers and patrons needs and work towards developing new/improving current products and strategies to sustain our competitive advantage.
• Responsible for any opportunity to promote the Hotel to the public in a proper image according to the Company Concept.
• Recognize outstanding individual performance in the department and deal with substandard performance fairly, immediately and constructively.
• Give clear, concise directions, provide support and supervise the team to ensure that directions are properly executed.
• Establish a climate of motivation and enthusiasm in the department.
• Create and implement long term goals and strategies that will cause your department and therefore the Hotel to succeed and grow.
• Constantly seek to develop the expertise of those reporting to you.
• Have a deep understanding of the Hotel’s Vision and integrate this into the department’s daily activities.
• Adjust to changes in job requirements and the Hotel’s operational strategies to meet business needs.
• Exercise moral judgment, imagination and courage in the practice of leadership.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
• Coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development and production of educational event promotional materials, web site production and other collateral.
• Provide writing and editing support for all communication including all promotional materials, website content, a monthly newsletter and the Association’s annual report.
• Assist in developing new revenue source.
• Involve in the hotels’ events and CSR initiatives.
• Liaise closely with the corporate office regarding products guideline and brand identity update.
• Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop presentations, collateral, positioning documents and sales tools to support both internal channels.
• Work with product management to integrate the product roadmap into a communications calendar and translate the new product value in terms of the overall company’s position within the market.
• Manage and administer all online marketing activities including: a. E direct marketing b. Social networking c. Third party websites d. Reputation management e. Online initiatives f. Online campaign g. SEO/SEM h. PPC management i. Performance based banners

• Responsible for overseeing the work of other marketing professionals.
• Oversees the development of an organization’s marketing strategy, involves considering the company’s goals and objectives, the target audience and the resources available to develop a comprehensive marketing plan.
• Responsible for managing a team of marketing specialists.
