• We are seeking a Technical Operation and Enhancement Senior Manager to oversee technical operations, production, and innovation within the organization. This role involves optimizing manufacturing processes, integrating AI technologies, and leading sustainability initiatives. The manager is responsible for planning new facilities, managing budgets, and improving production efficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in technical operations, plant management, or innovation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent planning, management, and decision-making skills. Strong communication abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the latest technologies, sustainability standards, and industry trends.
• Must possess excellent proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication and documentation.
• Experience with AI technologies such as ChatGPT for data processing and analysis.
