Content Marketing Assistant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Line OA, and brand.com.
• Manage campaign timelines, creative assets, budgets, and audiences to achieve performance KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and third-party partners for creative production and ads optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Coordinate timelines, creative assets, and landing pages with internal teams and external agencies.

• Initiate content ideas of each product (i.e. NPDs) for multiple channels.
• Schedule and post on social platforms using content calendars.
• Work with designers and copywriters to produce engaging content.
• Track engagement metrics and optimize formats (reels, carousels, stories, etc.).
• Support product launches on brand website and marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee).
• Coordinate online promotions (flash sale, payday sale, 11.11, etc.) to announce on brand-owned space or via KOLs.
• Ensure SEO best practices and monitor site traffic with GA4 or similar tools.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports: traffic, CTR, conversion rate, cost per result.
• Use platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager to measure ROI on ad spendings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Compare sales performance on e-commerce/social commerce versus offline channels to identify key success factors.
• Liaise with media agencies, influencers, and affiliates.
• Support the supervisor in media briefing, timeline tracking, and budget usage

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in online/digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or consumer product industries.
• Solid knowledge of digital media buying, social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, or CRM/email marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital campaign tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive insights.
• Creative, organized, proactive, copy-writing skills, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Thai and English.
