Senior Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Working in multi-disciplinary team to design overall customer experience and features for product and services by analysing business requirement, conducting user research and prototyping.
• Managing product backlog and release plan based on Minimum Viable Product.
• Creating software requirement document for software development including acceptance criteria.
• Acting as product owner and represent the customers during development stage. This includes tracking software development progress as well as cost. You will also in charge of demoing and presentation during product review, usually every two weeks.
• Designing customer support process and directing our support team after launch.
• Regularly presenting your work to top executives of both TN and customers.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject. We welcome every discipline.
• At leate 3-5 years of work experience in IT Banking or Financial product
• Ability to understand and translate complex subject into easy-to-understand documents and diagrams such as flow diagram and service blueprints.
• Team player with adaptability to work in a dynamic cross-discipline team.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of current trends in FinTech and banking industry.
• Strong interest or basic knowledge of Agile, Project Management and Design Thinking is a plus.
• Good command of English is a plus.
