- Initiate and develop short & long-term organizational strategic goals or activities to diversify in new complementary business environment/ disruption. - Accelerate and monitor strategic project and JV project to be achieve with in timeline and target as aim to ensure the alignment with strategy. - Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities and put into business deal. - Develop risk management with linkage functional team and provide actionable suggestions for responding to new threats plus opportunities rising. - Develop a detailed of M&A or business project
