Presales Engineer(Work in Cambodia)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Interact with customer to learn about the Commercial customer’s technical requirements Deliver customized presentations and communications to customers to share & develop technical knowledge Provide demo’s on advanced technologies with resellers & end-users Identify and engage appropriate post-sales support resources Develop POC, including presentation and documentation of test results Present technical components of Cisco solutions to customer Collaborate with Product-marketing team on reseller events Support partners with technical requirements on Projects Interact with Product Manager to learn about new products and identify new solution opportunities Develop an advanced understanding of the various types of architectures and how they’re interconnected Ensure the features, benefits, and architectural impact of Cisco, technology are understood and valued Position the appropriate Cisco, services for customers to consider when deploying a technology solution Establish advanced knowledge in Routing & Switching and Networking Platform Design

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male/ Female 25- 35years old Nationality,Cambodia Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Presales Engineer with Network Products Have CCNA ,CCNP Certificate Will be an advantage Have a Good Team player, Customer Focus, Relationship Building, Eager to learn & develop skills Good communication skills (presentations, meetings) Good command of both spoken and written English and computer literacy Eager to learn & develop, Versatility and Resilience Strong Affinity with latest technologies, Leadership and Motivation
