Technical Engineer (รับด่วนมาก)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Perform installation, configuration and tuning system products both hardware & software products • Provide both remote and on-site services • Identify and solve the technical problems • Prepare the scope of works for the proposed services • Prepare the documents about project (e.g. project plan, user acceptance test, system document) • Act as technical lead for project implementation by managing and coordinating services delivered by external partners • Work with the technical consultants to do the demonstration or "Proof Of Concept" • Rotate to work as technical consultants sometimes • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with colleagues at multiple levels • Decide on appropriate resolution to incidents / problems • Escalate issues to supervisor if incident / problem cannot be resolved with scope of responsibility • Liaison with APAC Technical Assistance Center (TAC) • Perform other related duties as required • Working experience using any storage or cloud platform is an advantage

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering , IT, Computer Science or related field. • Good operating system knowledge such as Windows Server Linux, Unix AIX and VMware vSphere , MS Azure • Strong knowledge of the following in one of the following • Servers & Storage products ( Dell EMC, Huawei, HP ) • Hyperconverged Infrastructure • Storage related software solutions • System management software • Backup and Recovery Solution (Backup Exec , Net Backup , Veeam) • Virtualization System (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix) • Experience in implementing the large system infrastructure project • Technical certifications in related solutions and/or other technical certifications will be an advantage • Good oral and written communication skills in English • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Highly adaptable and efficient, quick learner • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter • Collaborative working style and team-player attitude • Valid and relevant Huawei storage (HCIA HCIP), Dell storage (DCA DCS) ,NetApp storage (NCDA NCSIE) or other relevant programs an advantage • Skill : SERVER, NAS, SAN, STORAGE hardware
