Responsibilities • This role encompasses five key pillars of focus, with a particular emphasis on monitoring and tracking progress as well as conducting study papers. Project Management: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects that facilitate the implementation of the strategic plan, such as new product launches, market entry strategies, or improvements in operational efficiency. • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders, including senior management, department leaders, and external partners, to align strategic objectives across the organization. • Continuous Learning and Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices through research and networking. Use this knowledge to continuously improve and update the company's strategic plan. • Strategic Planning: Assist in the creation and refinement of the organization's strategic plan. This includes conducting market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to discover opportunities for growth and advancement. • Business Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources, including financial reports, market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights. Make strategic decisions based on this analysis. • Ad-hoc tasks: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by leaders.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Job Specifications • Age between 25 - 35 years old. (We welcome applications from recent graduates, especially those who have managed projects during their studies.) • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. • 1-5 years working experience with corporate strategy, business development, or a similar role. • Proficient in Excel and Power Point. • Self-motivated and results oriented. • Ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally with other teams. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Excellent project management, communications, and presentation skills. Mindset and Qualifications: Everything can do. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules. • A background in the technology and digital industry is a plus.
