Store General Manager (Eastern)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Achieve the sales target specified by the company and develop action plan when necessary. • Monitor P&L to reach the target specified by the company and initiate corrective action when necessary according to Big C Policy and procedure. All expenses must be adjusted according to sales. • Monitor Daily Inventory Levels to consistently achieve store target. • Monitor the price of merchandise in the market to be competitive at all time. • Monitor shrinkage and waste at all times and control variances with appropriate action plans. • Serve customer all the time to be sure this is the standard in store among all employees. • Strive to train and develop all employees to achieve excellence in all they do and increase efficiency and productivity in every function. • Achieve target sales and maintain shopping environment for our customers, store must provide special activity in store level with well organized. • Maintain outstanding cleanliness throughout the entire store at all times. • Maintain Stock room standard at all times. • Control division everyday according to target for specific by the company. • Maintain compliance in all company, audit and GMP checklist. • Follow up the standard of business conduct. • Manage a safety and work environment management to protect customers and employees.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai male or female. • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/hypermarket business is a must. • Minimum 3 years in branch management level. • Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and always do what’s right for customers. • Entrepreneurial spirit, a vision for the excellent service store. • Good command of English and computer literacy. • Able to work in nationwide.
