หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities until PO fulfilment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs, provide product knowledge and generate sales opportunities
• Prepare quotations and technical documents with support from HQ sales/technical
• Conduct regular customer visits
• Develop and work with end-users to test, validate and implement materials into their products
• Collaborate closely with Sales Admin to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Handle complaints, and technical issues with technical teams and follow through to closure
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review
• Customize and arrange presentations for customers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Basic spoken English ability and good written English for emails
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT)
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset
• Proactive and persistent in follow-ups. Negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Able to be on the road constantly for customer visits
• Basic Mandarin (to communicate with HQ) is a plus but not mandatory
• Educational Requirement: Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Materials, Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years in Electronics or related field
• Age: 20-45
