Build and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architecture, structure, and/or MEP.
Generate 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and coordinated plans from BIM data.
Work hand-in-hand with architects, engineers, and consultants to keep designs fully aligned.
Spot and resolve clashes before they become site headaches.
Keep our BIM models organized, data-rich, and compliant with project standards.
Contribute ideas to improve our BIM workflows and digital design processes.

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 are a plus).
At least 1 years of BIM modeling experience in architecture/engineering/construction.
Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) is a bonus.
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a team player with strong communication skills.
