System Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Troubleshoot Cloud Infrastructure (Web server, Database server, Network system, Security and other services on Cloud) or system issue also create incident report and follow-up issues by coordinating to customer and related support team (both in Thailand and Global support) • Able to identify and determine user requirement and design cloud best practices • Design infrastructure and implement system on Cloud platform • Knowledge on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Cloud platform is advantage. • Overlook application development and deployment. • Evaluate requirement and create flows and scenario. • Create test cases to ensure quality of application. • Troubleshoot application and system issues by coordinate with customer and support team.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field • At least 1 years of experience as a System Engineer • Aged between 23-30 years old. • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 operating system or Linux system • Knowledge of network system and network security • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus • Knowledge of website and mobile application development is a plus • Database knowledge: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL • Office Tools: MS Office / Excel / Words / Project / Access / Power Point • Communication: Intermediate in English Speaking / Writing / Listening, Japanese is plus • Good interpersonal skill, Mature, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service minded • Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure • Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required
