หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Providing Application maintenance for RCL's Core business application, by becoming an expert on all aspects of the systems. 2. Prepare knowledge base documents and conduct training to Line 1 team for recurring issues. 3. Prepare knowledge base documents and conduct training to customer for known issues. 4. Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors. 5. Establish Test cases for application testing when new build or patches applied. 6. Responsible for Application Testing for enhancement of existing modules and for new modules. 7. Working with the Business Teams and Business Process Teams in identifying and proposing application system changes, better users, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate in-house development and vendor development teams. 8. Able to generate ad-hoc reports as and when required by business users.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in IT related discipline or equivalent. • 5-7 years in programming especially PL/SQL • Good knowledge of Oracle Database. • Extensive knowledge of Query scripts and Procedures. • Knowledge of Application development and programming. • Knowledge of SQL, Java, J2EE and JSP will be an advantage. • Knowledge and/or experience of Container Shipping will be an advantage. • Good command of written and spoken in English
