หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
-Work in the 24x7 (shift)
-Operate, analyses, proactive call and update progress EDS customer on "Link connection problem" within SLA time
-Monitoring, proactive call, update progress and troubleshooting on link connection problem and providing counsel on the network for EDS customers.
-Coordinate with the relevant teams to investigate, follow up and solve the problem

-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related degree or equivalent experience.
-Positive attitude, reliable and working time flexibility
-Having knowledge in cisco/fiber home equipment will be advantage.
