หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Sourcing, selection, and negotiation for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers. - Responsible for the preparation and process of Purchase Orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Keep Monitor, arrange, and update shipment with the vendor within the schedule and delivered to site/store on time. - To receive the orders process in the system and check the quality and quality according to our specifications and solve the problem (if any). - To prepare/follow up goods and documents, tax invoices, invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes with the supplier and pass them to the accounting department. - Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data, key warranty of product, and pricing in the system. - Prepare and analyze procurement report. - Manage Supplier Selection and Evaluation Process. - Keep the relationship with our vendors and product partner and Distributors. - Coordinated with technical engineer and Sales team to provide products or solutions that meet customer’s requirements. - Prepare Product detail for TPIT's quotation. - Learning internal system-related with Procurement work such as Bizpac, SPS, Lotus Notes.
