หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Case Investigation: - Investigate cases escalated from Customer Support to identify technical issues. - Analyze the root cause of problems and document findings.
• Coordination with Technical Team: - Collaborate with the Technical Team to resolve complex issues. - Ensure timely resolution and effective communication of technical solutions.
• System Testing: - Conduct thorough testing of systems to validate fixes and ensure functionality. - Report and track system bugs and issues.
• Partner Liaison: - Communicate and coordinate case reports and feedback with partners such as META and TikTok. - Use English proficiently for effective partner communication.
• Weekly Reporting: - Prepare and present weekly summary reports of cases, resolutions, and feedback. - Highlight trends and recurring issues to improve overall support processes.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in inspecting and troubleshooting browser-related issues using browser developer tools.
• Familiarity with Database Administration tools for querying and managing databases.
