• IT Asset Support:
o Provide technical support and assist the team with HW / SW assets.
o Troubleshoot issues with related IT INFRA & ITAM tools
o Maintain documentation for all IT asset-related activities.
o Generate reports on SW asset status, performance, and any issues for management.
o Work closely with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of asset-related issues.
