หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Understand and assess Application Onboarding requirements. Analyze the impacts of change, & deliver high quality and clearly documents. Support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders. Capture requirements needed and coordinate /gather from responsible groups (Internal /external) which is process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Study & Make understanding on Processes / Document /System requirements
• Gather requirements from individual Boarding processes
• Define As- Is process information and design To-Be process document.
• Coordinate within multiple IT teams to gather required information / documents of their responsible application
• Being consultants to responsible team to deliver effective informations & documen
• Acts as liaison between Business Product owner and Global IT serivce function to complete application control assesement in the system. .
• Develop , Consolidate , follow up, monitor required document (English version) to committees
• Liaise with all responsible teams to ensure deliverables are on tracking as per project plan
• Review & Ensures deliverables are high quality and clearly docum
• Perform other related duties as assigns

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• 5 years working experience preferably in non-life insurance industry (Motor, Fire, Health)
• Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test- driven development & Documented
• Knowledge of Database design, programming, and SQL language
• Very good command in both spoken and written English
• Ability to work collaboratively and innovatively as well as processes-oriented
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Good communication and presentation skill
• English: Very Good
