Air Export Customer Service (สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle air export bookings, shipping instructions, and documentation with clients and overseas agents.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handling agents, warehouses, and customs brokers.
• Prepare and review export documents (HAWB, MAWB, invoice, packing list, etc.).
• Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy.
• Record Sales & Cost in internal system and issuing INV and Payment requestion.
• Support sales to make quotations and customer requests as needed.
• Ideally with proven experience in pharmaceutical business management.
• Ensure compliance with air transport and export regulations. (IATA, Customs, etc.)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Have good knowledge Air export shipment which includes Airfreight, Custom clearance, inland transportation, Export Packing, issuing Form CO, JTEPA etc
• Have experiences of handling Pharmaceutical business.
• Working Experience over 5 years in Freight forwarder business
• Thai National, Male or Female / Age over 27 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Good English communication
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, motivated ,Service mind person , able to work under more pressure Etc.
• Resume or CV (ONLY) English
