หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Working within established guidelines,
• - Manage and develop the telemarketing unit to meet premium, productivity, Strategic objectives for the unit, through cold calls, lead generation and campaign sales.
• - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• - Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action
• - Has experience in managing telemarketing team ( Outbound TM or Service to Sales team in Insurance or Banking Business)
• - Experience in working in a computerized environment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male / Female Age 27-45 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields
• Excellent and effective in verbal and written communications in native language
• Previous successful experience in Direct Client selling, where the product is intangible is preferred
• High level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
