หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Monitor daily chatbot and voice bot interactions with customers.
• • Perform QA checks on conversation flows to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• • Identify issues, errors, or unusual customer experiences and report to the team.

• • Support the team with simple testing before new flows or updates are launched.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field.
• • Around 1 year of experience in QA, customer service, or digital platform monitoring.
• • Detail-oriented with good observation and reporting skills.
• • Basic knowledge of chat/voice platforms is a plus (training will be provided).
• • Able to communicate in Thai and English at a working level ( Plus)
