IT Support / Application Support สัญญา 1 ปี / โซนสีลม

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide IT consultation and support via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Analyze and troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and network issues
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex problems
• Record and track issue status until resolution is completed
• Offer guidance and preventive solutions to end users

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of operating systems, O365, ERP, SQL server, networking, and basic troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Able to use English in both writing and communication
• Prior experience in IT support or call center is a plus
