หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. System Design & Cloud Architecture
• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and network architectures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive infrastructure configuration documentation and network architecture diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud/network solutions.
• 2. Network & Server Operations
• Administer and manage both on-premise networks (e.g., WiFi Security, Authentication, etc.) and cloud-native network components (e.g., VPCs, Subnets, Routing, Load Balancers, and cloud-native network components (e.g., VPCs, Subnets, Routing, Load Balancers, and cloud-native network components (e.g., VPCs, Subnets, Routing, Load Balancers, VPNs) as well as server instances (Linux/Windows OS).
• Monitor system performance, network traffic, and server health to ensure operations meet agreed quality standards
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provision and configure server/network operational needs.
• 3. Troubleshooting & Incident Management
• Provide deep-dive troubleshooting across network, server, and cloud layers. Identify root causes, deliver permanent solutions, and coordinate with all relevant parties to prevent causes, deliver permanent solutions, and coordinate with all relevant parties to prevent recurring issues.
• Respond to system alerts and service issues in a timely manner and agreed quality standards.
• Must have - Technical skill: Cloud Skills (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc) such as Networking, Compute Resources, Serverless, Private Environment, Domain Service including Hybrid.
• Networking Skills such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Routing, Firewall Policies.
• Server Skills such as Command line (Linux), Windows Server Administration, AD.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, telecommunication engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Cloud computing, Networking, or System Administration.
• Having a network certificate will be an advantage.
• Having skill or experience related to automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or AI utilization.
• Having experience as an Infrastructure team leader.
• Having experience in the areas of both system operation and implementation field.
• Good English communication and presentation.
