Account Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Approach, present, and close sales of IT Outsourcing/Staffing services to corporate clients, both new and existing.
• • Prepare quotations and sales documentation; coordinate with the Recruitment team to source candidates matching client requirements.
• • Manage client relationships (account servicing) and handle contract renewals to retain the existing client base.
• • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for the Manager.
• • Coordinate internally with Accounting & Finance and HR to support the onboarding process for outsourced staff.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or IT Staffing/Recruitment (candidates early in their career with the right attitude will also be considered).
• • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• • Own vehicle or ability to travel to meet clients on-site.
