หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, CCTV,Door Acess and phones
• Analyze staff needs,identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy
• Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing,administration and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
• Implement applications and software upgrades, including troubleshooting of any performance issues
• Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed
• Updating computer systems and networks
• Maintaining working knowledge of technical problems, software issues and computer science
• Learning new hardware and software skills
• Meeting face-to-face with clients or senior executives
• Training new employees on how to maintain computer systems
• Researching furtherinformation about prospective new software and hardware
• Security threats management and repair
• Coordinating actions of separate teams dealing with IT projects
• Provide technical support and solve problems
• Maintain extensive technical infrastructure, systems, and networks
• Replacing damaged hardware and software components
• Propose yearly budget including monitor monthly actual expenses with escalate to higher level for any foreseen any expenses outside/exceed budget.
• Provide training and support ERP application users in terms of business process.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5 years working experience in similar field and job functionalities.
• Effective communication: In Thai & English Language both writing and speaking
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information technology or related field
