หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Respond Quickly: Provide a fast response to service issues and reporting needs.
• - Collaborate: Work with the team to build an IT infrastructure for the Dealer Management System (DMS) that meets its needs.
• - Maintain Operations: Manage the IT infrastructure to keep the system running smoothly every day.
• - Troubleshoot: Find and fix the root cause of DMS problems to prevent them from happening again.
• - Document: Understand system requirements to create and update documentation for the IT infrastructure.
• - Communicate: Talk with IT users and system owners to ensure the DMS meets standard requirements.
• - Resolve Issues: Coordinate with others to solve problems permanently.
• - Provide and Recommend: Provide and recommend infrastructure and new technology solutions to improve system performance, security, and scalability.
• - Has a skill or knowledge in Cloud environment (Azure Cloud is preferred)
• - Infrastructure Server operational/Configuration change under Server/Operating system (Window/Linux) /Network requirements/ System configuration.
• - Basic knowledge for Web service, Database services, reporting services and network
• - Web applications with Database systems environment (implementation, configuration, maintenance, restoration, system migration and system design) as a preference.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years experience in handling web applications and database software or related IT positions.
• Has skill or knowledge in Dealer management systems (implementation, configuration, maintenance, restoration, system migration and system design) as an advantage
• Have experience with Azure cloud environment (special consideration)
