• Solution & Gap Analysis: Analyze business requirements alongside vendor product capabilities to define end-to-end solutions, identify gaps, propose workarounds, and manage dependencies.
• Process & System Design: Map As-Is and To-Be business processes, highlighting gaps, exceptions, and unique business scenarios.
• Documentation: Produce comprehensive project artifacts including Solution Summaries, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Interface/Data Mappings, Business Rules, and Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Technical & Data Collaboration: Translate data mapping, DB schema/tables, data migration, and field mapping details to technical teams smoothly.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate key workshops among Business, IT, and Vendor partners; challenge and align vendor solutions against business needs, capture critical issues, and track decisions.
• Testing Support: Translate business solutions into SIT/UAT test scenarios, business scenarios, and clear acceptance criteria.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience in IT projects, specifically supporting corporate banking customers
• Domain Expertise: Strong background in Liquidity Management, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Payments, or related banking domains.
• Vendor Integration: Proven track record in evaluating vendor product solutions, negotiating scope gaps, and managing deliverable alignments.
• Facilitation Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional workshops involving both business and technical personnel.
• Languages: Professional English proficiency (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international vendors and draft technical documentation.
