System Analyst / ASC

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design system solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system implementations.
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers and business units to ensure successful system deployment and integration.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet established requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical documentation and system process flows for stakeholders and development teams.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues and user concerns.
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to present findings and recommendations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationality Only
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a System Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering and data modelling.
• Experience with system design and architecture principles.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, banking, Insurance or IT infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with database design and SQL is preferred.
• Good command of English.
