หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Approaching potential new clients and presenting company’s services to ensure company’s goal. -Plan, collect and summarize weekly and monthly reports e.g. sales pipeline, customer information report, sales reports, customer meeting reports. -Develop sales and marketing strategy to support the company’s direction and target. -Seek, create and develop new business opportunities to build sales. -Build and manage a business development team. -Ensure good understanding of customers’ requirements and current market information. -Work closely with recruitment team in order to sell recruitment and outsourcing services to all types of businesses.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Female, Thai Nationality -Age 32 – 36 years -Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related fields. -At least 5 years experiences in sales, business management or business development. -Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactive, creative and energetic. -Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. -Positive and ‘can do’ attitude, committed and self-motivated.
